You already have an existing appointment with us to collect your BabyBox. If you wish to reschedule, you will need to cancel your existing appointment. Please follow the steps below to reschedule:
1. Click on the "Cancel Appointment" button below to cancel your existing appointment.
2. Go to your Google calendar and delete the appointment from your calendar.
3. Book your desired collection slot via the original redemption email that has been sent to you previously
