Questions About BabyBox Redemptions?
Our BabyBox serves as a bassinet for newborns up to 4 months old. It is certified and meets the safety standards for bassinets set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International. Each Baby Box comes with a baby mattress and a curated selection of baby and mummy products. Find out more here!
You can sign up to be our member first, before registering for a BabyBox. Refer to our "How Do I Get a Babybox" page here for more details!
Only new member sign-ups who are currently pregnant, and who have not registered with MumsClub Singapore before are eligible for a BabyBox. New members must also be either Singapore citizens, PR or expats working and residing in Singapore, and our BabyBoxes are given on a first come first served basis, capped at a limit of 500 BabyBoxes every month.
There are several scenarios why you are unable to register for a BabyBox:
1)You are an existing member with MumsClub and hence our system recognises a duplicate submission.
2)You did not join MumsClub as a member first, before registering for our BabyBox. Registration for a BabyBox is a 2-step process. You will need to join us as a member FIRST, before submitting your BabyBox registration.
We process our BabyBox redemption on a monthly basis, and we take between 2 to 4 weeks on average to process the applications. Successful shortlisted applicants will only be notified in the following month of their application ie. If you had registered in June, you will only receive notification in early July. Please refrain from reaching out to us if the time frame is within 4 weeks from the time you have registered for the BabyBox. We regret to inform that only successful applicants will be notified.
Successful applicants will be sent a redemption email regarding scheduling of your self-collection slots through our booking system. Once you have successfully booked a self-collection slot, a confirmation email will be sent to you to remind you of your slot.
There are several scenarios why you might not have heard from us regarding redemption of your BabyBox.
1) Our redemption email might have ended up in your spam/junk mail folder, do check out your spam/junk mail folder.
2) We have not yet processed your BabyBox application ( if its within the same month of your application ).
3) You might not have met our qualifying criteria for our BabyBox thus was not notified regarding redemption of your BabyBox. Please refer to our terms & conditions here to find out more.
We regret to inform that we do not offer any delivery services for our normal BabyBoxes. Our delivery services are only available for our exclusive upsized BabyBox bundles.
We regret to inform that the date for your self-collection slot cannot be changed once it has been booked.
You may come by any time within the same day, to collect your Baby Box, as long as it is within the operating hours of the venue you have chosen. Kindly note our operating hours :
MumsClub Retail Store at Mount Alvernia Hospital : 10am to 6pm daily from Monday to Saturday.
MumsClub office at Secom Centre #03-01 : 9am to 6pm daily from Monday to Friday, excluding lunch hours of 12.30pm to 2pm.
We regret to inform that the venue for your self collection slot cannot be changed once it has been booked.
Yes, you can appoint someone else to collect on your behalf. He/She just needs to produce the original confirmation email that has been sent to you after you have booked a collection slot.
You may proceed down to our office at Secom Centre ( 81 Toh Guan East Road #03-01 S608606 ) to collect your Baby Box within the next 7 working days, after which your Baby Box will be forfeited.

MumsClub is a practical community platform that provides first-time and experienced mothers with the lowdown on fertility, pregnancy, birth and babies with stage-by-stage content, expert advice and partner privileges.
All MumsClub members enjoy a 10% membership discount when you shop at our retail store in Mount Alvernia. Currently pregnant mothers who are new sign-ups will also be eligible for our MumsClub BabyBox. On top of these, you will also be entitled to a wide range of exclusive offers and perks from our MumsClub partners! We will also be launching a rewards programme very soon, in which you can earn GEMS to redeem attractive cash vouchers and products from our partners!
There are 2 ways for you to redeem your privileges.
1)You may log in to your MumsClub account on our portal and click on individual vouchers to redeem.
2)You may scan the QR code on display at our Partners' stores.

We are excited to share with you the GEMS Rewards Program. This is an exclusive rewards programme for all MumsClub members. Members would be rewarded in GEMS for different activities performed. GEMS are rewarded :
1) When you shop at our eshop, every $0.01 spent will be rewarded with 1 GEM.
2) Upon completion of various activities and the numeration varies from activities to activities.

GEMS can be used to
1) offset for your next purchase. 100 GEMS can offset $1.00 of your total purchase. Minimum 1000 GEMS ($10.00) for each purchase.

No. GEMS does not have an expiry date so start collecting them ASAP.
