Online Shopping - Orders & Payments

For local delivery, it is at a flat rate of  $5

Local Delivery

Once your order has been checked out successfully, our team will take 1-3 working days to get your order ready for despatch by our third-party logistics partner. After they have picked up your orders, they will take an additional 5-7 days (excluding Sundays) to deliver your order to you. 

Self-Collection

For customers who have chosen to self-collect their orders, our team will take 1-3 working days to get your order ready. Once you have received the Shipping Confirmation email, you can come by to the following self-collection point to pick up your order:

No. We are not able to honour the exchange/refund due to “change of mind”.

We are happy to assist you with any exchange/return requests if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Product purchased has manufacturing defects,
  • Date of request is within 7 days from date of purchase,
  • Product is sellable condition with its original packaging,
  • Product does not fall under the list of non-returnable products (refer to the list below)

You will receive an order confirmation email from MumsClub once you have placed your order successfully.

For cancellation of orders, we have a grace period of 60 min from the time of the order placed for our customers to cancel their orders. Do email us at [email protected] and our Customer Service will get back to you as soon as we can.

To apply a valid discount code to your order, look out for the “Click here to enter your code” on the Checkout page. You can then type in the discount code that you have in the field, and click on “Apply Coupon”.

Delivery & Self-Collection

All orders are delivered by our third-party logistic partner, Ascendt.

Please email our team at [email protected] and let us know the updated shipping address. However, do note that we are not able to amend the shipping address once the order has been despatched.

Once your order has been picked up by our third-party logistics partner, they will contact you directly regarding the delivery timing.

Deliveries will be made between Mon - Fri, 11am - 10pm, and Sat mornings. 

Typically, every order takes 1-3 working days to be packed and ready for despatch. After which, an additional 5-7 days will be needed for our third-party logistics partner to deliver the order to you. 

If you would like the order to reach you the following day, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist. Do note that additional charges may apply for express shipping of your order. 

When you have received the shipping confirmation email, that means your order has been packed and ready for self-collection. You can then head down to our showroom to self-collect your order at:

If you haven’t received your order after our stipulated delivery timeline, please write in to us at [email protected] and our team will assist you and advise you accordingly.

No, we do not ship overseas at the moment.

We currently offer local shipping within Singapore only.

If you would like to get our products shipped internationally, please write in to us at [email protected].

Our courier will get in touch with you to arrange for a second delivery scheduling should the first attempt fail.

Once they have tried delivering to you up to 3 times, the order will be sent back to the third-party logistics partner’s warehouse. Additional courier fees will be required from you should you decide to request for additional delivery.

Do note that MumsClub only allows exchanges of products with the same or higher value. Items will need to meet the above mentioned conditions.
