Acknowledgment of Risks:
The undersigned participant acknowledges that participation in Pilates classes involves certain risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, and potential injuries. The participant understands these risks and agrees to assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during or as a result of participating in the Pilates class.

Fitness to Participate:
The participant affirms that they are physically fit and have consulted with their healthcare provider regarding their suitability for participating in Pilates classes, especially considering their pregnancy. The participant agrees to inform the instructor of any health conditions, limitations, or changes in their pregnancy status that may affect their ability to safely participate in the class.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Pilates class, the participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges MumsClub Pte Ltd, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from or be connected in any way to the participant’s participation in the class.

Indemnification:
The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MumsClub Pte Ltd, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the participant’s participation in the Pilates class.

Assumption of Risk:
The participant acknowledges and understands the risks associated with participating in physical activities, especially during pregnancy, and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

Compliance with Instructions:
The participant agrees to comply with all instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols provided by the instructor during the Pilates class.

By checking the box, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this indemnity clause and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
