1. Refundable Deposit for 1-Day Workshops
1.1. A refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our 1-day workshops.
1.2. If your Estimated Due Date (EDD) is close to the workshop date and you give birth before attending, you are eligible for a refund of the deposit upon providing proof of your EDD and delivery date.
1.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled workshop date.
2. Package Exclusivity
2.1. The services and products offered in our packages are sold exclusively as a bundle and are not available for purchase individually.
2.2. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted within the package.
3. Information Sharing with Partners
3.1. By purchasing our packages, you consent to sharing your information with our trusted delivery partners for the purpose of delivering your breast pump and related items.
3.2. We ensure that our partners comply with data protection regulations and only use your information for delivery purposes.
4. Service and Product Availability
4.1. All services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the package without prior notice.
4.2. Any changes to services or products will be communicated promptly.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1. Full payment must be made before services are rendered or products are delivered.
5.2. Deposits and payments are non-refundable except in cases outlined in Section 1.
5.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our services and products are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
6.2. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by external factors, including third-party service providers.
