I can?t swallow a capsule/tablet, but I want to take calcium for bone growth, development and strength. Is Auscalmax suitable?

Auscalmax capsules are chewable, making them perfect for anyone who has difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules(e.g dysphagia).Alternatively, capsules may be pierced with a toothpick or fork and the contents squeezed directly into the mouth, onto a spoon or onto food.The chewable capsules are a tasty vanilla and strawberry flavour, so taking your daily calcium will be a pleasure!

I don’t eat dairy and I’m worried that I am not getting enough calcium. Should I take Auscalmax?

If you don’t eat many calcium containing foods daily (dairy, green vegetables and sesame seeds/tahini) you may be at risk of calcium insufficiency and in need of a calcium supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or of advancing age, when calcium demand is higher. Auscalmax provides 200?mg of total calcium per capsule, allowing you to adjust how many capsules you take to what you actually need depending on your dietary intake.

Why does Auscalmax contain Vitamin K2?
